Washer Extractor
The Computer takes
minimum and measured quantity of water and chemicals of the right time.
The time and temperature are digitally controlled resulting consistent
and top quality of wahsed articles with each batch making substantial
saviongs on water as well as chemicals.
Single Operator delivers 10000 Bedsheets or 20000 Shirts in 8 hrs.
One
operator can handle upto 4 nos. Washer Extractors. For example: with 4
nos. 120kg capacity. Self unloading washer extractors. one operator can
take 12 operations in 8 hrs. from each machine saving huge labour costs.
Tuned Suspension.
Dynamically
tuned top suspension with Hydraulic Cushions absorb even severe
out-of-balance load vibrations and remains silent. No special
foundations required and the machine can be installed at any floor that
can hold its dead weight.
5 Compartment Auto Chemical Dispenser
Five
different chemicals can be placed in plastic containers in powder,
liquid or jel form. Powerful jets completely flush out the chemicals as
and when signaled by the computer. The chemicals are injected at the
bottom avoding concentrated contact of chemicals with the articles.
Self Unloading on AXS 120
A
hydraulic Power Pack working in conjunction with a hydraulic cylinder
lifts the machine from the back. The machine has a forward tilt upto 30
unloading the entire load within 20 seconds.
